Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in budget and forecast preparation for assigned functions
• Prepare cost projections for assigned functions
• Analyze and report variances versus Plan/Forecast/Current and Past Trends for assigned functions
• Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Identify areas of improvement within assigned functions and internally in the larger Finance team
• Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, and Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis
• Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
• Ability to accurately meet all time sensitive reporting dates.\Build strong cross-functional partnerships to serve as a financial resource, support operations, provide business insights and improve business processes. 

Required Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
• Ideally 1 year of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Experience in working with global company and multi-currency reporting, preferable technology industry
• Ability to comb through large volumes of data to provide financial insights
• Strong analytical skills required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organized
• Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
• Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members
