Duties: Will communicate both technical and business concepts to the architects and development teams. Will develop detailed use cases and functional requirements that are based on system knowledge, domain expertise and research. Will work closely with Product Managers and Software Architects during software design and planning process. Will work closely with Product Managers to understand high level functional requirements and business problems. Will conduct business/systems analysis for new features being proposed. Will perform systems analysis on changes on incremental enhancements suggested. Will create detailed use cases that capture requirements. Will work with product architects and product developers in proposing appropriate solution design for all suggested features and enhancements. Will work with Product Managers to apply stack ranking values and set use case priority base on business urgency and priorities. Will participate in test planning and perform acceptance on completed use cases during development cycle. Will document system functions and work with Technical Writers on end user and system documentation, review and approval of documentation. Will provide training on new features added to the software to internal groups in preparation for release readiness.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems or related field (willing to accept foreign educational equivalent) as well as 5 years of experience designing and supporting enterprise resource planning (ERP) software solutions within a multinational process manufacturing environment.  Experience must include: Demonstrated Expertise “DE” enhancing ERP solutions to support unique requirements with minimum customization; DE developing inventory control modules to provide an online integrated inventory system that can be modeled to meet individual business inventory requirements by balancing supply and demand for finished goods; DE optimizing MPS/MRP calculations related to supply/demand transactions within a pre-defined record to expedite MRP/PP generation; DE designating logical units to handle all physical inventory movements to simplify the management of storage resources; and DE performing product cost control optimization by optimizing the historical cost and future cost management of products within a multinational process manufacturing environment.
