Summary The Contracts Administrator will oversee management of proposals and contracts. This includes oversight of the contract management process, as well as development of specific standards for bidding and submission, contract negotiations and document management. The Contracts Administrator’s role in the contract development process requires close collaboration with various departments, including, IT, Account Management, Business Operations and Finance. Scope Knowledge: A seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position. Complexity: Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Supervision: Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Skills/Requirements | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||
Bachelors Degree required. Work Experience (Indicate the approximate years of relevant work experience necessary for this position) BS/BA Degree and 5+ years’ related work experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Excellent interpersonal skills and organizational skills · Strong analytical ability · Proven ability to collaborate in a decentralized environment · Strategic mindset.
