Weekend and holiday availability is required. Candidates must have at least 2 years of previous experience as a Line Cook in a full-service restaurant and be able to work a flexible schedule. Applicants must have experience in sauté, grill, broil, steam, fry and salad stations. Knife skills and cooking terms knowledge are essential. Knowledge and adherence of sanitation rules is required. Applicants must have reliable transportation.
