2 years’ experience in business writing. The other skills on power point and excel and reporting can be acquired as we have folks who can train.

Primary ROLE

 

  1. Should possess good communication, business writing and presentation skills. Assist content writer in documentations and preparing presentations and relevant documents
  2. Responsible for tracking and improvising existing best practices with regards to reporting, planning and delivery of all projects that gets executed in the organization. Candidate is responsible for projects across the world, including Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas. Primary responsibilities of the shortlisted candidate would involve doing data analysis and generating reports across regions and departments, gathering and analyzing project metrics, facilitating process adherence during project execution and auditing of executed projects.
  3. Candidate will be an individual contributor, frequent interactions with the onsite and offsite management teams are part of the job itinerary. It would be nice if the candidate is good at business analytics and reporting, with an inclination to learn new tools and techniques.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve business processes and implement system changes to support those processes
  5. Ticketing System - Day to day issue resolution and support for HR and other department employees.
  6. Reporting and Data Management- Generate and distribute global weekly reports. Data Management and cleansing data in excel to provide relevant reporting as necessary.
  7. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (emphasis on Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
  8. Experience in data gathering, analysis is preferred.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

 

1 Analyzing data from various business systems in place and generating reports useful to management team.

2 Understand current processes in place; track and implement best practices into the current methodology.

3 Facilitating to make sure all projects are adhering to the defined process; Auditing the projects to track process compliance and suggest improvements.

4 Track utilization and other related business reports by resources
