Job Description

 

Kiawah Island Real Estate is currently seeking a Real Estate Listings Coordinator. This newly created position provides a comprehensive concierge service to all active Kiawah Island Real Estate listings and proactively works with KIRE Sales Executives to grow our listings market share. Some key focus areas for this position include seller communication, new listings, track outside sales activity, agent listing support, monthly listing statistics, and improve the level of service KIRE provides its seller.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

-          Liaise between sellers, agents and marketing

-          Work with the agents/marketing on tailored marketing plans for new listings

-          Communicate with sellers and proactively answer their questions

-          Work with the agents on securing listings

-          Conduct listing surveys using survey monkey – how are we doing?

-          Work with the agents to ensure showing feedback is communicated in a timely manner

-          Tour new listings to ensure the property is ready for market

-          Liaise between legal/agents and assistants on listings about to expire

-          Track MLS listings for expired, canceled or withdrawn listings

-          Create a lost listing report to determine why we did not get a listing that goes to MLS

-          Survey property owners for potential new listings (on behalf of the agents)

-          Conduct  telephone seller experience research survey post-closing

-          Check listings on the KIRE website

-          Track new listing brochures to ensure they are completed in a timely manner

-          Assign outside sales and follow-up with assigned agent to ensure an introduction is made

-          Produce monthly listing reports - KIRE vs MLS

-          Produce monthly Absorption Reports by property type

-          Update KIRE listing binders each quarter with relevant stats and marketing materials

-          Coordinate “outside sale” marketing initiatives

-          Review owners with agents to identify those with whom they do not have a relationship and reassign

-          Compare KIRE listing stats with MLS (days on market, %of original price, price per sq ft)

-          Design new listing tracking chart to include showings

-          Complete assigned projects as requested





Skills/Requirements

To be considered for this position candidates must have a real estate license and ideally three years of real estate experience. This position requires someone who is organized, detail oriented, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is a team player, self-motivator, and problem solver with the ability to successfully plan and execute projects. Previous customer service experience is required.
