Primarily responsible for being the conduit between the customers/customer IT team and the technical development team of the Vision product line.

Will guide customer requirements based on Vision technical capabilities and limitations.

Will also be responsible for working with the project managers on estimating levels of effort for customers’ customization and/or new implementation requests.

Must have Supply Chain Management experience.

May also require understanding EDI processes.

Knowledge: Uses professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

Complexity: Works to understand the customer’s problem and define the scope of work. Follows best practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data. Builds stable working relationships externally and internally.

Supervision: Normally receives general instructions on work, but can work autonomously within specifically defined processes.

Primary Duites and Responsibilities

  • Liaise with customer(s) (to include customer IT team) to receive requests for software modifications and work with the appropriate personnel to fulfil customer requests, primarily with a project manager and technical developer.
  • Work with developers and EDI departments as required.
  • Work with other employees in the Customer Solutions department to share ideas, provide backup coverage and assist in training employees.
  • Write up scope of services work and gather and/or develop levels of effort for input into Statements of Work.
  • Assist project managers with regular updates on status, issues and general business plans of their respective customer.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities

  • Proven ability to manage and develop relationships, with team members, customers, partners and coordinate between them.
  • Proven ability to work independently.
  • Will be required to work with cross functional teams (Project Management and developers).
  • Will be required to work with cross regional resources in multiple time zones (NA, EMEA).




Skills/Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in realted field preferred. 

Work Experience

Typically requires 10 years technical experience

Knowledge

  • Programming
  • EDI processing a plus
  • Home entertainment and Games industry a plus
  • Must have supply chain inventory management concepts and apply past learnings to current situations.
