The Senior Workforce Analyst is an effective program manager and change agent who defines and manages both the strategic and operational activities necessary to effectively integrate resources from one organization/location into another organization/location. This role will focus on processes and tools that foster an environment of communication, collaboration, adoption, and knowledge management and thusly, will need to work with multiple organizations and levels of employees.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project manage and ensure on time and successful execution of the acquisition integration process for the HR function
  • Creates and implements change management strategies and plans based on a situational awareness of the change and the groups being impacted in order to optimize employee adoption and minimize resistance
  • Drive continuous improvements into the employee integration process
  • Provide support and coaching to all levels of managers in assisting their employees through transition
  • Other ad hoc change projects requiring change management and business analysis depending on utilization




Skills/Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field required. Master's degree in HR related field or Project Management/Business Analyst Certification preferred. 

Work Experience

Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 2 years' experience; or equivalent experience. Typical range is 4-7 years.

Knowledge

  • Well versed in change management methodologies
  • Versatile in MS Office applications including One Note, Excel, PPT, Word
  • SmartSheet knowledge a plus

Skills and Abilities

  • Project management experience - Dedication to establishing and meeting project milestone commitments – strong time management capabilities
  • Solid business acumen with a focusing on “getting things done”
  • Excellent collaboration, written and oral communication skills, including facilitating meetings and presenting
  • Commitment to excellence and high standards; holds self and others accountable.
  • Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytic and diagnostic skills
