Job Description

The Recruiting Manager will partner with the Global Talent Acquisition Leader to design and execute short and long term approaches to how we engage and hire talent throughout Europe and Japan. She/he will partner with hiring teams as a trusted advisor to create and implement targeted recruiting strategies to ensure we hire exceptional talent. The recruiting manager will recommend and implement programs that focuses on hiring “A Player” talent. This individual will be the main driver for the recruiting function within Europe & Japan and be innovative in their approach used to recruit and select top talent from graduate level to senior professional hires. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive recruiting strategy in line with company goals throughout Europe and Japan. • Manage full-cycle recruitment activities, including managing postings, scheduling, conducting interviews, soliciting feedback, preparing and extending offers • Prior experience planning, directing, and leading recruiting and new hire events including graduate fairs and networking events • Consult hiring teams on items related to sourcing, assessing, selecting, hiring, and on-boarding talent • Maintain recruiting tracking database for statistical analysis on all hires and branding ROI • Establish relationships with Managers to get a full understanding of their business objectives, business challenges and culture • Consult on employee branding campaign engagement in covered territories • Act as a brand ambassador, attracting the best possible talent to our organization. • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with recruitment agencies that are the most beneficial to the organization. • Anticipate and understand the talent needs of the organization and develop an proactive candidate pipeline





Skills/Requirements

• 10+ years of recruiting in an agency and/or corporate setting • Extensive experience hiring for remote employees & previous coverage of large geographic area • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. • Demonstrating strong capacity for successfully working with high volume recruitment and branding campaigns • Prior experience planning, directing, and leading recruiting and new hire events including graduate fairs and networking events • Best-in-class recruiting practices experience & social media employee branding • Established track record of driving and delivering results. • Strategic business orientation and acumen and the ability to define and prioritize efforts based on business direction and needs. • Strong leadership presence and polished demeanor. #
