JOB DESCRIPTION
This Executive Assistant position will support our Chairman, CEO & President in partnership with another exceptional EA. The selected individual must be professional, articulate and enjoy working within a collaborative, fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, have strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and stellar organizational skills. He/she must be able to work under pressure with the ability to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including:
- Extensive calendar management
- Composing and preparing correspondence
- Arranging complex and detailed domestic and international travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office while demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support.
- Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response.
- Coordinates attendance at external meetings (i.e. board, special meetings & events)
- Expense reporting
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting/editing presentations and correspondence, as well as other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
