Responsibilities: As the Associate Director/Director, Supply Chain Management you will manage and lead the vendor management function for Abiomed’s operations in America while simultaneously leading the vendor portion of new product information.
- proactively develop, maintain, and improve relationships with vendors to ensure stability in our vendor network
- coordinate with European counterpart to ensure consistency of methods in the areas of Supplier Engineering and Planning & Procurement
- manage US logistics and quality incoming inspection and US supplier engineering and planning/procurement functions
