Job Responsibilities

1. Design and Develop high performance robust modules

2. Expertise for new developments

3. Mentors senior members in the team for technical problems.

4. May own Agile teams as a consultant on technical challenges or design of complex use cases.

5. Gains technical breadth in all areas of technologies required for the product team.

6. Focuses more towards building the design/architecture for complete solution not just individual functional area.

7. Shares knowledge and collaborates within and outside the team using Knowledge sharing sessions. SME in at least one of areas of the product.

8. Understands High level design and is able to work on functional and non-functional requirements etc.

9. Responsible for breaking down a complex problem and creating individual tasks.

10. Owns stakeholder management and status reporting, with an emphasis on high level design but proficient in coding and code reviews as well.

11. Works closely with the QA and Support to ensure all function defects are found and fixed within the development phase.

12. Contributes significantly in reduction of defect leakage including Automation ROI.

Must Have Skills Experience in Designing and Developing complex enterprise Applications using C#, OOPS concepts, Win Forms, Web API, IIS, SQL Server Experience in using client side technologies like HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX. Desired Skills Knowledge of ExtJS, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, Sencha framework, Oracle PLSQL.
