This position offers the opportunity to work in a challenging environment that helps newly acquired companies transition to Aptean processes and business systems. The role provides exposure to all company departments, from Business Operations to HR, and requires strong communication and service skills. Business Systems, Process Analysis, Information Technology, and Data Analysis are areas of focus. The role will offer a variety of activities in a highly integrated environment including meeting coordination and facilitation, report writing and analysis, employee support, software implementation, and system analysis.

Knowledge: Learns to use professional concepts. Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.

Supervision: Normally receives detailed instructions on all work.





Skills/Requirements

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve employees new to Aptean through the integration process.
  • Document processes and relate how business systems support those processes.
  • Understand the data structure in all Aptean systems and the interdependencies between data in order to map and migrate data from foreign systems in integration projects.
  • Use Excel, process mapping tools, and other systems to analyze data and document business concepts.
  • Troubleshoot and assist with integration implementation issues related to systems and process.
  • Develop materials to support key events in the integration process.
  • Coordinate with roles in multiple departments to gather and analyze data to report on status and progress against business metrics for multiple projects from initiation to closure.
  • Assist other team members in managing system requirements, providing support, identifying the right resource for questions, and tracking project issues.
  • Identify possible risks with contingency plans or work-around solutions
  • Work collaboratively with business areas to communicate business needs, coordinate project efforts, and help implement solutions.

Work Experience

0-2 years.  Internship or summer experience in a professional environment preferred.
