Key Success Factors

  • Obtains or exceeds benchmark client satisfaction scores.
  • Meets or exceeds utilization/billable targets.
  • Acquires or exceeds the required number of client reference letters.
  • Effectively sets expectations with clients and manages to those expectations.
  • Consistently delivers projects on time, within scope and budget and ensures a seamless and timely transfer to the Client Services team. 
  • Continues to develop product (Core Financial, Core Diamond module, Payroll) and industry knowledge.
  • Proactively identifies improvements to self, department, or company. 

AUTHENTIC EXPECTATION SETTING WITH CLIENTS & SOLUTION RECOMMENDATIONS

  • Set realistic expectations with the client and manages to those expectations, obtaining commitment to the project plan from the client.
  • Understand the solution enough to be able to guide the client, push back or challenge assumptions when necessary or know what the right resources are to engage and when.
  • Create scope of work, project charter, budget and any other project deliverables.  
  • Identify solution gaps and make recommendations.   
  • Work with clients to identify opportunities to provide additional value-added services/solutions to enhance or optimize their investment in the Diamond solution.
  • Raises issues when they are not in the best interest of the client and is able to say no when required.  

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Perform project planning, scheduling, budgeting, tracking.
  • Project resource and timeline control.
  • Take full ownership for all aspects of the project regardless of who delivers the solution.
  • Proactively keep stakeholders informed of project status and find ways to get the project back on track if there is slippage.  
  • Take ownership for the quality of the implementation and proactively manage the change management process ensuring changes will add value to the client. 
  • Effectively manage the client relationship.
  • Conduct accurate and timely reporting to allow for accurate billing and quality metrics reporting, initiating discussions in advance of any potential budget overages. 

DOCUMENTATION

  • Create and maintain project templates, charters, and checklists.
  • Complete timely and accurate time sheet reporting.
  • Assist in preparing responses to RFPs.




Skills/Requirements

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant subject.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Experience working in professional services or support
