The Nurse Manager will assume responsibility for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient care on the unit. Collaborates with the Nursing Leadership to establish nursing care standards and evaluate staff compliance. Oversees the  overall management of units. Participate in staff development and is responsibility for training and evaluation of competency of all dialysis staff. Identifies quality improvement projects for the critical care unit and demonstrates improvement in patient outcomes or resource utilization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current New York State License as a Registered Professional Nurse required
• Bachelors in Nursing required, Master’s degree preferred
• 2-3 Leadership experience in nursing, or charge role, preferably in critical care/ICU
• Collaborative team builder.
