Open position: Learning and Development Consultant

Job Summary 

Aptean's Executive team has made creating a learning culture a top prioirty. Therefore we are looking for a Learning & Development professional in our Bangalore office who wants  to grow with us. If you are strong  informal leader who can effectively bulid influential relationships with other Aptean leaders and apply a clear consulting focus towards our business goals,this is your role ! 

Key Responsibilities

•Understand Aptean’s people priorities and connect with leaders in the organization to help them achieve their objectives. Provide strategic input into the training strategy based on business needs.

•Design virtual and classroom training sessions, reinforcements and OD solutions that are aligned with the global business strategy and incorporate local requirements.

•Deliver powerful training sessions by convincing rather than persuading participants of the need to adjust a mindset or behavior. Positively connect with audience while staying true to your content.

•Measure the impact of trainings and implement improvements. Proactively provide feedback to the business leaders.

•Lead various projects or initiatives across the company and ensure a consistent global experience for all managers and employees.

Skills/ Requirements

•Excellent communication and facilitation skills on all levels of the organization (fluency in English is a must)

•Positive attitude: Can-do mentality, results driven, coachable and willing to learn

•Well-rounded personality: Self-confident, self-reflective, empathetic and curious •Solid knowledge of adult learning principles, training processes and evaluation procedures

• 3-5 years in a Learning & Development role, and/or an equivalent combination of advanced training and relevant experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology or related fields is preferred.
