Associate HR Coordinator
The Associate HR Coordinator provides assistance with and facilitates the company’s human resource processes. Supports the HR team in matters of recruitment and onboarding, performance management, compliance, employee relations, employee engagement and special projects. First point of contact for all external and employee questions related to HR
1. Works with Senior HR in all aspects of documentation, reporting and audits.
2. Works with HRIS Specialist on all KPI, Board and routine reporting. Assists in providing ad hoc reporting for leadership.
3. Supports all HR functions with regards to admin, including but not limited to recruiting, onboarding, terminations, promotions.
4. Maintains paper and electronic files (HRIS in conjunction with HRIS Specialist), owns upkeep of file room.
5. Responds to internal and external HR related inquiries.
6. Communicates/liaises with other departments.
7. Performs other related duties as assigned and required.
