Associate Recruitment Manager

Summary :

Aptean is looking for an Associate Manager, Recruitment who will foster a collaborative team environment and a strong service oriented culture that ensures delivery of efficient, effective, quality driven service to internal customers. Partnering with line managers and the HR team you will be responsible for full function recruitment process as well as various projects related to the organizations recruitment and talent pool.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Ability to build strategy around sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations.

Recommend ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine tuning standard processes for recruiting that fits within Aptean's mission to deliver the highest quality results to the customer.

Designs, develops and maintain the recruitment process in the organization (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)

Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization.

Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies

 





Skills/Requirements

Measure and report all HR activities through appropriate systems to provide visibility of HR to the leadership team Responsible for the development of the recruitment team in Human Resources, develops successors and increases the value added by the team members.

Years of Expierence : 8-10 years of experience in Recruitment
