Responsibilities

The consultant will be:

Responsible for the functional implementation of the Product(s) at Clients. This requires analytical skills and financial industry knowledge

Accountabilities

  • Communicate with Clients to help define detailed requirements for implementations
  • Provide advice for customizing or implementing new functions in the Core Product(s)
  • Provide onsite consultancy services, with potentially extensive travelling required
  • Pro-actively keep up-to-date with Product(s) and latest developments/ upgrades, and communicate knowledge within the team
  • Although at first focused on back-office and accounting, the consultant is expected to broaden her/ his knowledge (on the business and the Product(s)) to front and middle office functions

Technical Competencies

  • Minimum qualification will be an MSC (Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering)
  • Experience/ Interest in finance and financial products and technologies
  • Database (Oracle) knowledge required
  • Experience with XML and XSLT, and knowledge of C++ and C#
  • Fluency in English required, any other Asian languages nice-to-have
