As the Manager, Marketing Operations you will serve as an interface with the Marketing executives to ensure Abiomed’s marketing and other communicative materials are of a high production quality and content, and are uniform across the company’s global reach. You will develop, coordinate, maintain and train Abiomed employees regarding the company’s External Communications review process via the global Veeva Promo Mats software platform, and manage a team of employees tasked with supporting the review of company internal and external material.
Additionally, you should be a subject matter expert concerning the global structure and capabilities of the Veeva Promo Mats software and CMS, maintain all controlled document computer files including security and disaster recovery controls and create, & maintain the part numbering system in Veeva. Some responsibilities include providing training for authors and reviewers of company content in the United States, and globally;

Manage the existing Marketing Documentation Control Specialists: their workload, performance reviews, recruiting and staff development and establishment of department metrics/goals;

Conduct company-wide training as needed concerning the Veeva Promo Mats system, to include;

Project leader for maintaining and improving the Corporate External Communications Review Process;

You will assist the Chief Compliance Officer and will take direction from the CCO and the Abiomed Compliance Committee concerning maintaining legal and regulatory compliance of all Abiomed internal and external communications; and

Serves as an interface and advisor to Marketing Executives concerning the quality and uniformity of Abiomed’s marketing and external communicative material on a global scale.
