Misys Singapore is seeking Inside Sales Representative - English speaking.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

Misys has a dedicated function (Inside Sales) responsible for the discovery, development and delivery of qualified leads to field sales along with assisting in closing business and account management. The team is based around the globe, with members working from our offices in Beijing, Manila, Singapore, Dubai, Warsaw, Moscow, Paris, Frankfurt, London, New York and Mexico.

The Inside Sales Specialist has ownership over a series of key activities around prospecting clients, initiating solution cross-selling campaigns and supporting the Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives; profiling accounts in the current portfolio and a designated region. They are an active part of any sales oriented initiatives and events that target the attraction and retention of clients as well as following up with strategic interventions.

Your deliverables as Inside Sales Representative - English speaking will include, but are not limited to, the following:

·         Execute calling campaigns to target white space opportunities within existing client base.

·         Review proposed campaigns in terms of targeted monetary outcome, estimated effort required, team capacity, GTM direction, etc

·         Identifies customer needs and maps the right products to their needs.

·         Manages customer expectations and effectively communicates change internally/externally.

·         Proactively reaches out to internal stakeholders to build and strengthen existing and new relationships

·         Takes initiative to encourage communications with and/or among others that increases the overall effectiveness of the business.

·         Uses tools and technologies to improves the efficiency of processes and periodically reviews and updates SFDC as well as create and run campaigns

·         Covers APAC region, particularly the Australia market





Skills/Requirements

Qualifications:

·         Educated with a minimum first level degree certification

·         Graduates with internship or short term inside sales experience are welcome

·         Experience around areas such as financial services, software solutions

·         Speaks and write fluent English

Candidate Attributes:

·         Experience in phone marketing

·         Basic functional or technical background

·         Ability to segment market and tailor targeted prospect lists

·         Ability to formulate Campaign packs, including articulation of proposition.

·         Creativity to tailor scripting to individual conversations as cold calling progresses.
