Job title: Associate Analyst, Learning & Development Location: Bangalore Employment type: Permanent Experience (preferably in product development companies): 1-3 years Job Summary The Analyst in Learning and Development is responsible for coordinating various training activities in R&D. The primary responsibility is to do the analysis and evaluation of trainings conducted, provide reports of trainings and track the skill development and learning activities of employees. This role is expected to administer the learning management system/training portal and ensure the relevant learning resources and training calendar is updated and training material/bundles are available for use.
