Job Description:

• Lead global transfer of new products, design changes and processes into production.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects
• Liaise with R&D in order to push design for manufacturability and pull product into production
• Ensure the overall quality control of work and report regularly on project status
• Develop, improve and validate manufacturing processes, tooling and fixtures
• Plan and implement manufacturing strategies to proven efficient manufacturing sequences and lead time
• Define and establish Lean manufacturing methods, processes, and tools for new products
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project core team

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelors or Master Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
• 5+ years of relevant work experience with proven project management skills, preferred in medical device experience preferred.
• Ability to work well in team environment with excellent communication skills.
• LEAN Manufacturing certification and proven track record of implementation
• Experience developing products under FDA control
• Position requires up to 25% travel to US.
