|
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for general ledger financial reporting including preparing financial statements and related monthly financial reports
-
Manage the monthly financial closing process including review of all accounting reconciliations
-
Perform consolidation of all legal entities and preparing consolidated balance sheet, income statements and statement of cash flows
-
Review and manage payroll accounting and related payroll compliance reporting (eg: W-2’s, payroll taxes, etc.)
-
Manage Company’s accounts payable process and vendor management reporting and compliance, including 1099 reporting and sales tax reporting
-
Oversee Company’s accounts receivable and related collection processes and credit management
-
Responsible for overseeing Company’s SAP accounting systems and processes
-
Responsible for documenting and managing testing of internal controls over all financial operations to support Sarbanes Oxley compliance
-
Prepare schedules and workpapers and support for our external auditors when required
-
Manage travel reporting in Concur and financial related compliance efforts with Sunshine Act
-
Oversee and supervise Company Credit Card program
-
Review reports and resolve issues with vendors, customers and employees when required

Job Qualifications:
-
BA in Finance and/or Accounting (Master’s strongly preferred)
-
10+ years experience
-
Prior experience managing accounting/finance personnel
-
Public company experience working in a Sarbanes Oxley environment required
-
Operational accounting experience in managing accounting closing and consolidation process required
-
SAP and ADP experience required
-
Experience with Concur, BPC/Hyperion preferred
-
Experience working in life sciences industry and related compliance activities (eg: Sunshine Act) desired
-
CPA strongly desired
-
International business experience desired #LI-PH1
