For more information, visit www.aptean.com. 5. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (*Essential Functions) 1. Collect, organize and publish content from the global management team. 2. Develop and maintain consistent release schedule for deliverables. 3. Write and/or edit English documents, including but not limited to: Newsletters, User Manuals, Briefings, Functional Designs, Requirements, Guidelines and FAQs. 4. Coordinate and communicate schedules, activities and status of tasks to employees at various levels in the organization. 5. Understand and adhere to version control on revisions, track approvals and maintain archives of published content. 6. Ensure published content is of high quality, accurate, timely, consistent and appropriately targeted to the audience. 7. Frequently interact with cross-functional, global teams in a matrix environment. 8. Work independently, as well as part of a team. 9. Utilize various media to produce content, which may be published internally within the organization or externally to customers and partners. 10. Perform other tasks as necessary. 6. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Work Experience Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 1 year and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience. Typical range of experience is 2-5 years. Knowledge • Must be able to speak and write English fluently • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required • Understanding of Project Management techniques desirable • Technical / Content Writing background preferred Skills and Abilities • Detail- and Task-oriented with a track record of high quality work product • Quick learner and adaptable • Strong Presentation abilities preferred • Marketing experience desirable • Effective time management, organization, and prioritization skills • Strong inclination to learn new tools and techniques • Previous work experience in a Technical Support / Help Desk environment preferred
