We are seeking a bright, energetic, dynamic, and highly motivated Assistant Regional Condo Manager with administrative responsibilities to support our multiple site Condo communities in Southeast Michigan. *The position is a full-time position working 5 days a week (40 hours per week) with some evening meetings required The position of Assistant Regional Condo Manager calls for efficiency and excellence in a variety of scenarios, and the ability to work independently under minimum supervision. Organizational skills and the capacity to prioritize and make quick decisions involving multi-tasking of multiple projects are essential for this role. It is also imperative that the Regional Administrative Assistant coordinates efforts between Board Members and Co-Owners to facilitate the successful completion of time sensitive projects.
