In this position you will handle complex and high exposure liability claims. You will conduct extensive investigation into coverage, liability and valuation, adhering to commercial liability claims handling protocol.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  Four to six years of previous claims handling experience is required as well as a valid driver’s license.  Successful completion of Associate in Claims (AIC) program is preferred.  CPCU designation or progress toward is also preferred.  You should have strong analytical ability, problem-solving and communication skills.  This specialist will work from home and service Eastern Tennessee including tri-cities, Knoxville and Chattanooga while reporting to our Knoxville Branch Office.  The successful candidate must reside in or relocate to the assigned territory.
