Job Description:

Problem solving and troubleshooting mechanical equipment for oil and natural gas producing customers.  This can be a long term career if you enjoy on the job training, technical development, working independently, working in a non-shop environment, using a Company provided truck, and great camaraderie with coworkers.   Use your customer service skills and mechanical abilities to find solutions for our customers.  We provide 24/7 coverage in sometimes extreme weather conditions to respond to customer needs, but always with safety as a number one priority.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Repair of internal combustion engines and compressors (corrective maintenance)

Preventative maintenance

Maintain safe work habits

Utilize hand held computer to perform many job functions

Work overtime, weekends, and/or on call whenever necessary

Troubleshooting related to the reliability of internal combustion engines and compressors

 

Basic Qualifications

Valid driver’s license

Must have own hand tools up to 1 ¼ inch (or willing to provide)

6 months MS Office experience

2 years natural gas engine mechanical experience

Ability to read, write, speak and understand basic English

 

Preferred Skills/Experience:

Vocational training and/or work experience with reciprocating and screw compressors

Strong ability to adhere to safety procedures

Vocational training in gas or diesel engines

Customer service experience
