Job Description

Purpose
Under the direction of  Group Sales Office Manager  and the Director of Group Sales.
Clerically support  Sales Managers in various administrative duties so that they may be successful in reaching their sales goals.

Position Functions / Areas of Responsibility
1.    Answers phones, directs walk-ins, distributes/manages leads.
2.    Performs basic office duties, including data input and  web research.
3.    Supports sales managers in various administrative duties to assist them in reaching their sales goals.
4.    Supports Office Manager and Director of Sales in various administrative duties, projects, and reports.
5.    Works in various software applications.
6.    Arranges client accommodations, ground transfers, spa treatments, amenities etc. for site visits and other client events.
7.    Assists sales managers with business travel (airfare, accommodations, car rental)
8.    Travel: Occasional travel to/from resort.

Interactions
1.    Occasional contact with guests.
2.    Direct and continuous contact with co-workers, management and other departments.
3.    Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.

Education & Experience Requirements
1.  High School Diploma or equivalent Please Select One...
2.  1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.

Specific Requirements:
1.  Must be at least 18 years of age.

Skills & Knowledge
Technical:    
Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.  Delphi knowledge preferred, but not required.  Must be able to type 35-40 WPM. Must have the ability to handle, process, maintain and protect guest personal information, including credit card information, in compliance with all company or department policies and procedures according to PCI rules and requirements. This includes privacy and confidentiality, reporting, storage and disposal of sensitive information.  Will not share or disclose any guest personal or financial information to anyone unless authorized by the guest, manager or company or unless disclosure is permitted within departmental policies and procedures.

Administrative:    
This position requires knowledge and understanding of PCI DSS, including the safe and secure handling and maintenance of personal, financial and credit card information of guests/customers.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.  Must be able to prioritize work load and be efficient, fast yet, thorough.  Strong ability to adjust and work well with various personalities.  Problem solver with the ability to accept constructive coaching.  Mature judgment and ability to handle stress in a professional manner.  Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills using pronunciation, spelling and grammar.

Working Conditions
Work Schedule:
1.  Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with some nights and weekends as required by workload and special events.  
   
Physical:
1.  Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
2.  General office environment with limited physical activity.
3.  Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail.  
4.  Other/Additional:  May experience occasional stress due to deadlines with various projects.  Typing requires repetitive motion.  Desk is located in open work area which might contribute to frequent interruptions.
