Amazingly smart and analytically super strong person. Not a computer scientist, not a researcher, but rather a product person. Someone who does whatever it takes to build products, someone who knows what it takes to launch products, not just build proof-of-concept prototypes. Someone who gets shit done. Someone who is not afraid of making mistakes, not afraid of failing. Someone who cares about asking Why, and accordingly bends the rules.

Skills/Requirements:
Degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering/Mathematics or a related discipline 1+ years of experience
Excellent programming and analytical skills
Experience designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems and databases.
A feel for good design -- both in terms of engineering and user experience.
Tolerance for the overhead of rapidly iterating towards greater usability.
Willingness to work on Ruby on Rails.
A demonstrated record of academic success and significant programming experience
Work well in a fast-paced team setting
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Must be creative and have a high level of initiative
Passion to make a difference and an impact as an individual contributor

Good to have:

Experience on Ruby/Ruby on Rails is a plus.
Graduate/PG degree from top-tier institutes - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIITs
Experience of working on e-commerce applications
