Areas of responsibility:

• Technical support to ensure production volumes and quality
• Contact person and expert in relation to the production processes under your responsibility
• Performance of in-process controlling and statistical analyses
• Use of statistical methods for continuous improvement and for acute production problems
• Creation of risk analyses and work and testing instructions
• Qualification of equipment and validation of processes according to internal and external rules, performance of and collaboration in in-house audits
• Cross-site interface for the Production, Engineering and Quality Assurance Departments

Your profile:

• Engineering degree or similar high-quality technical education
• Experience as a manufacturing engineer, process technician or process engineer
• Clear hands-on mentality with analytical skills and a high degree of assertiveness
• Process-oriented thinking and action
• Sound communications and social skills, goal orientation and high degree of willingness to assume responsibility
• Readiness to go the extra mile and to openly take on challenges and evolving priorities and tasks
• Pleasure in challenging intricate work under the microscope to create prototypes and test specimens
• Experience in lean methodology, Six Sigma, GMP or quality management methods and adhesive technologies would be an advantage
• ability to negotiate confidently in German and English
