Responsibilities:

  • Build pipeline in capital markets according to company strategy
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, networking and various other prospecting techniques
  • lead product demonstrations, contract negotiation, sales closing, product setup and delivery
  • Determine qualified leads through evaluation of prospect requirements and development of a concise understanding of prospects’ decision-making processes and criteria
  • Development of relationships with decision-influencing, senior executives within prospect organisations
  • Work closely with the Pre Sales team to coordinate product demonstrations and workshops for perspective clients
  • Analyse and understand customer insights and market trends; adapt, communicate and evolve strategies based on these changes
  • Travel to customer sites to conduct sales activities
  • Accurately forecast future business




Skills/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Sales hunter behavior
  • Expert in the Capital Markets business, including the full front to back processing on most if not all asset classes
  • Have an extensive experience (at least 5 years) in the Capital Markets business, either inside a financial institution or serving financial institutions
  • Familiar with software and solutions serving the Capital Markets business
  • Comfortable with sales cycles, particularly the uncovering and qualification of opportunities
  • Used to complex and sophisticated, high value adding products selling with long sales cycles
  • Transparent in daily work: able to write clear, precise concise reports to be shared by team members from different background
  • High achiever, ready to take challenges with a dynamic, confident attitude
  • Ready to travel on short notice to countries within his / her region
  • Speak perfect business / financial German and  English
  • Based in Frankfurt
