Purpose
Under the direction of the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Controller.  Performs executive assistant support to the CFO.  Keeps official corporation records and executes administrative policies determined by CFO.   

Position Functions / Areas of Responsibility
1.    Schedules appointments and fields all incoming calls.
2.    Reads and routes incoming mail and interoffice mail. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be reviewed. Composes and prepares routine correspondence.
3.    Manages various projects as assigned by CFO. (e.g., Property Tax, Insurance, MVR, Concession Billing and Credit Card Billing).
4.    Prepares reports and financial data. Requires strong computer and internet research skills and flexibility.
5.    Assists in gathering information and preparing  reports.
6.    Performs other duties as assigned.


Interactions
1.    Occasional contact with guests.
2.    Direct and continuous contact with co-workers, management and other departments.
3.    Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.

Education & Experience Requirements
-  High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-  5-10 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.

Specific Requirements:
-  Must be at least 21 years of age.
-  Valid Driver License w/ clean MVR (driving record)

Skills & Knowledge

Technical:    
Requires strong computer and internet research skills. Will use Microsoft Word, Excel, Great Plains, Host, Jazz Call Accounting and Doc-Link Smart Client. Requires advanced level of interpersonal skills in working with others in situations that have little routine or structure. Must posess the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside business associates of Snowbird Resort. Sensitivity to confidential matters is required. Some accounting experience is required.
Ability to handle, process, maintain and protect guest personal information, including credit card information, in compliance with all company or department policies and procedures according to PCI rules and requirements. This includes privacy and confidentiality, reporting, storage and disposal of sensitive information.  Will not share or disclose any guest personal or financial information to anyone unless authorized by the guest, manager or company or unless disclosure is permitted within departmental policies and procedures.

Administrative:    
Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task is a must. Interacts with senior level managers on a regular basis. Represents the CFO in many situations. Is the initial contact in the office.
Knowledge and understanding of PCI DSS, including the safe and secure handling and maintenance of personal, financial and credit card information of guest/customers.

Working Conditions

Work Schedule:
-  Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with some nights and weekends as required by workload and special events.  
    
Mental:
-  May experience unusual stress from high business volumes, deadlines, continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.

Physical:
-  General office environment with limited physical activity.
-  Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings.  General office conditions prevail.  
-  Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult, frequent exposure to noise.
