Wargaming is seeking a Senior Release Managers for our upcoming projects. This individual will coordinate all of Wargaming Chicago-Baltimore’s global product releases. They will work closely with various teams and Project Managers to understand the current status and potential impacts given to a release.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in the construction processes of interaction between departments.
• Targeting on the processes of development and adaptation (not just releases, but the whole support) from the very beginning.
• Responsibility for the delivery process, life cycle from the development till end players’ usage, on one or more Game or Integration projects, team management (Release Managers team).
• Previous work experience in IT industry in the position of Release Manager / QA Team Lead / Project Manager.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Outstanding communicative skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
