Job Description
Position Profile
Play a key role in developing and selling our Concrete, Extrusion, and Dakota product lines.  Keep up-to-date on the changing industries for these respective categories.  This position is located in Eau Claire, WI.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Increase sales for respective Midwest categories
  • Train and staff Product Pricing Specialists.
  • Assist team members in resolving design problems
  • Training store team members on these product categories
  • Provide guest support to answer questions, resolve problems and increase sales
  • Set up travel requests for Product Pricing Specialists
  • Work with Product Manager to keep literature and website information current
  • Share knowledge of your product lines to help attract more contractors and guests.
  • Responsible for home show booth setup and presentations at all seminars.
  • Increase sales to contractors that will buy these product lines.
  • Travel to stores, jobsites and competitors.  Provide detailed report after each travel day.
  • Provide market analysis of regarding product lines to respective General Plant Manager.

  • Able to manage multiple concurrent activities
  • Ability to travel 3 days per week
Four year college degree in one of the following:
  • Marketing
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Business Administration / Management
  • Experience in construction industry or
  • Industrial Engineering / Technology
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Operations Management
Or
 
2-5 years of experience in Sales
