Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Serves as Benefits Administrator for all Timmons Group Benefits.
  • Serves as Assistant in recruiting process.  Includingad creation and posting, screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and interview coordination.
  • Creates and maintains various Human Resources reports (government reports, HR metric reports, general HR monthly reports, 5500 report, EEO1, VET 100 etc.).
  • Coordinates all new hire activity and process.
  • Maintains I-9 Forms (ensuring information is complete, accurate and filing status is up-to-date).
  • Maintains employee electronic files.
  • Submits Workers' Compensation Employers' Accident Report and medical forms to insurance company.
  • Assists with the preparation of employee and corporate community programs.
  • Coordinate weekly Intranet postings and firm wide communications.
  • Assists admins with events coordination.
  • Assist with processing and compliance isssues regarding H1B Visas.
  • Coordinates Timmons Group Evaluations process.
  • Assit with creating, following and ensuring compliance to Annual AAP plan.
  • Serves as training coordinator in training room set up, materials coordination and all classroom needs.
  • Servies as a Champion of the firm's mission and values.
  • Assists with special projects and recruitment as needed.




Skills/Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in Benefits Administration or General HR experience.
  • Experience in recruitment a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy a must.
  • Excellant oral and written communication, planning and organization skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work at fast dynamic pace.
  • High integrity in keeping information confidential.
  • Ability to anticipate, as well as demonstrate and possess a high level of creativity, adaptability and initiative.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft office applications including excel.
