About the Position Fab is seeking a Marketing Manager, Digital Media to own all paid marketing channels, and develop each to become a primary source of high lifetime value customers. These channels could include: display, retargeting, PLAs, search, social and/or affiliates. She/he should have deep operational experience in online marketing, with a track record of growing large and profitable acquisition programs for consumer retail or an e-commerce business. We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves operator, who thrives in detail and analysis and strives for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will have direct, hands-on experience developing and running paid marketing campaigns rather than having managed a campaign indirectly through an agency or outsourced relationship.
