About Fab

Fab is the place to discover great design at affordable prices. Our modern products allow anyone to design their lives and express their personal sense of style. Always unique, well-designed, and of the highest quality.

Our work environment is fast-paced, flexible and fun, with a diverse and tight-knit culture. We offer competitive salaries and full benefits. Oh, and who said there’s no such thing as free lunch? Wednesday is free lunch day at Fab, plus we keep a well-stocked snack shelf. We aren't stuffy at Fab, so dress as you normally would, representing your individual style. We aren't comfortable in suits - and hope you aren't either!

About the Position

Fab is seeking a Marketing Manager, Digital Media to own all paid marketing channels, and develop each to become a primary source of high lifetime value customers. These channels could include: display, retargeting, PLAs, search, social and/or affiliates. She/he should have deep operational experience in online marketing, with a track record of growing large and profitable acquisition programs for consumer retail or an e-commerce business.

We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves operator, who thrives in detail and analysis and strives for continuous improvement. Responsibilities:

  • Own Fab’s paid marketing portfolio in the US.
  • Rapidly grow channels to become a primary source of high lifetime value customers.

  • Maximize channel ROI, ensuring acquired customers meet objectives for purchases within key categories.
  • Analyze and report weekly on paid marketing trends specific to channels such as repeat rate, customer retention, conversion, revenue and funnel analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal development, creative and merchandising teams to align ad campaigns with Fab’s retail calendar.
  • Effectively communicate the Fab brand and product portfolio across campaigns and creative.
  • Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign creative and onsite conversion rate.
  • Contribute to paid media budget decisions based on channel effectiveness.

Skills/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Knowledge of acquisition marketing with 3+ years of hands-on experience.
  • Highly analytical, with deep understanding of revenue analysis and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
