About the Position

Fab is seeking a Marketing Manager, Email & Promotions to own promotions, email marketing and social media channels at Fab with the goal of generating revenue and achieving financial growth.

We are seeking candidates with a good balance of creativity and analytical thinking, as well as exceptional attention to detail. This person will work collaboratively with the marketing team to strategize campaigns, and interface regularly with the merchandising, development and creative teams to execute. The ability to multitask and juggle multiple projects with varying timelines and work within a fast-paced environment is a must.

This is a high visibility role with the opportunity to have a direct and immediate impact on the business.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute a detailed promotional calendar across email, ad channels, social channels, mobile platforms and onsite.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for brand moments including product launches, site-wide sales, collaborations, etc.
  • Oversee the coordination of merchandising, creative and development teams to ensure the timely, successful delivery of daily email campaigns.
  • Plan and own the maintenance of onsite and mobile promotional stories.
  • Conduct A/B testing on email, website and promotional content and report on results.
  • Manage the company’s social media presence to ensure a consistent tone and strive to increase brand engagement on social channels.
  • Work closely with Director of Marketing to form and manage strategic partnerships.




Skills/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Highly motivated and driven, with a passion for marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3+ years marketing experience.
  • Expertise in email marketing required.
  • Background in retail and/or ecommerce is preferred.
  • Experience managing promotional calendars preferred.
  • Comfortable with CMS publishing.
  • Ability to see a job through to completion, from concept and brainstorming to campaign launch.
  • Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple projects, working well under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong leader and good communicator.
  • Knowledge of HTML, Google Analytics and/or SQL a plus.
