Job Description:
We are looking for someone who can take on a multi-faceted role, where 20% of your time is spent as an office manager and 80% of your time is spent as an assistant merchandiser.
 
Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Monitoring office supplies and maintaining constant inventory while working within a budget.
- Placing orders for weekly Fab-budgeted lunches.
- Managing inbound and outbound mail and packages.
- Managing front desk and other miscellaneous office maintenance responsibilities as needed.
 
Assistant Merchandiser Responsibilities:
- Following up with suppliers to ensure that they return product set-up spreadsheets.  
- Completing spreadsheets and building SKUs.
- Requesting and following up with suppliers for product images.  Collaborating with India team to ensure that images are edited and uploaded within deadlines.
- QA'ing new SKUs to ensure completion and accuracy prior to launch.
- Executing on-site merchandising projects, supporting merchandising team in building campaigns and promotions.
- Providing additional merchandising support as needed.




Skills/Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- Must be competent with Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to multi-task and complete projects with attention to detail
- Positive, self-starting attitude with willingness to pitch in on a variety of projects
