The Product
FusionBanking Trade Innovation is a market leading platform deployed in bank back offices to support the processing of traditional trade (e.g. letters of credit) and financial supply chain management transactions. It is complemented by FusionBanking Corporate Channels, a front end Web portal application that enables corpoartes to communicate electronically with their banking partners.
The Responsibilities
As a member of the trade and supply chain team your responsibilities will include but are not limited to 1. Researching, writing and reviewing business requirements 2. Identifying, writing and grooming EPICs and stories 3. Providing professional support to Development during the Sprint process 4. Managing detailed design work including technical documentation and report layouts 5. Reviewing test plans and defining acceptance criteria 6. Preparing and delivering training materials and knowledge transfer 7. Supporting all required ‘go to market’ activities 8. Managing ‘front to back’ alignment of FusionBanking Trade Innovation and Fusion Banking Corporate Channels through consistent development and prioritization of the product roadmaps 9. Providing support for the management of strategic interfaces e.g. SWIFT/DMS etc. 10. Customer support including L2/L3 escalations and corporate workshops The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
· Business analysis in a financial services environment · Sound knowledge of traditional trade finance processes and workflow (letters of credit etc) · Detailed knowledge of financial supply chain management processes and workflow including expert knowledge in at least one functional area such as approved payables finance, invoice discounting or factoring · Experience of working in an Agile environment · Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills · Educated to university graduate level or equivalent
