This position is primarily responsible for minor electric and plumbing repairs, installing office cubicles and other furniture, repairing carpets and doing small installs, painting and staining, general small carpentry including door & window repairs and installs and sheet rock patching, etc. This position will also operate motorized equipment; auger truck, flat beds, cube-van trucks, snow plow equipment.

• Building maintenance; painting, minor electric & plumbing, repair and replacement of doors & windows, carpet repairs, outdoor fence repair
• Minor roofing repairs
• Parking lot and Building light fixture repairs in bucket truck (34ft. high)
• Snow removal
• Install and maintain office cubicles and furniture

• High school diploma and some experience in the use of hand and power tools
• Must possess own power tools and hand tools
• Ability to do heavy lifting
• Must have a valid Driver’s License
• Aptitude to troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues
• Understanding of carpentry; framing walls, sheet rocking, framing in doors/windows
