Hem is currently looking for a Project Coordinator, Creative for our Stockholm office.

Responsibilities:

You’ll need to maintain an overview and a keen eye for each of the projects:

• Knowing who is on each team
• What are they working on
• What they need
• When the deadlines are
• What the deliverables are 
• Where the teams are in ensuring we answer on the promise.

Profile:

• Fluent English
• Creative project coordination experience – ideally having experience from other design or creative studios, architectural practices, digital agency or a similar environment.
• Mac, MS Office, MS Project, Mail, Keynote, Basic Adobe CS.
