Telesales Rep - Assoc - Brookhollow

Artco, Inc, one of more than 80 business units and part of the Taylor Corporation—one of the largest printers in the North America, has immediate openings beginning 6/16/14 for Outbound Sales Representative for National Wildlife Federation positions. We will be hiring for similar openings in July, August and September as well.

** This position is located in Rexburg, ID **

 

Summary for Outbound Sales Representatives:

This position is responsible for generating outbound sales to secure holiday, calendar and all occasion purchases.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES of Telesales Rep - Assoc. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

    • Contact customers to secure holiday, calendar, and all occasion card purchases;
    • Places outbound sales calls to existing customers;
    • Up-sells and cross-sells product to increase average order amount;
    • In-puts order information into production system and keys in data into call management system;
    • Takes payment over the phone;
    • Answers inquiries by telephone and follows up on letters and phone calls from customers;
    • Demonstrate respect for the potential and significance of every individual on the team;
    • Demonstrate passion for customers and our work;
    • Believe that there is always a better way; and
    • Embrace personal, as well as shared responsibility and accountability.

Status and Work Schedule:

Status: Full-time/Part-time temporary Positions through mid-December 2014 with potential to return year-over-year depending on successful job performance.

Work Schedule: All positions are Mon-Fri, with occasional Saturday work.  (8 positions) available. Flexible hours and shifts (will work with school schedules.)

Compensation: For Customer Service Representatives servicing Brookhollow lines, it is base+1% Commission.

QUALIFICATIONS for Telesales Rep - Assoc:

 

The preferred candidate will possess the requirements listed below:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Well organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient MS Office Excel and database management
  • Minimum 2-4 years sales, customer service, call center experience, with experience in up-selling

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE for Telesales Rep - Assoc:

  • Communications or related field preferred
  • Intermediate to Advanced-level computer knowledge and software proficiency in MS Office and Excel

ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, AND ABILITIES for Telesales Rep - Assoc:

  • Leadership—demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
  • Interpersonal: Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to remain pleasant under extreme pressure and during difficult circumstances. Ability to be cheerful, trustworthy, loyal to those who are absent;
  • Self-driven and motivated; well organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Problem analysis and resolution: Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail;
  • Must be highly safety conscious;
  • Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
  • A thorough knowledge of electrical/ electronic components and equipment including the use of special instruments for diagnostic purposes;
  • Computer experience/operation and PLC programming are helpful;
