Hem is currently looking for a Online Marketing (SEM/SEO) Intern as part of the Hem team in Berlin.

Role & Responsibilities

Our Online Marketing (SEM/SEO) Intern will work under the supervision of the Marketing Manager and together with the Marketing team developing the SEM and SEO channel in the new structure the team is currently building. Ideally the intern shall be also able to take care of a part of the accounts under the Online Marketing Manager supervision and guidance.

Responsibilities

• Extend Hem.com reach and capture the target audience via well targeted display ads

• Identify, monitor and experiment with new and alternative display strategies

• Understand, track and document progress

• Measure the impact of display marketing on the overall marketing efforts

• Determine what display channels are the most effective

• Development of individual cultural SEA strategies and optimization measures

• Close work with our Copy Team to increase engagement and CTR

• Further tasks may be available (dependent on qualifications)

Profile

You must

• Currently enrolled or hold a degree in Marketing or in a related field

• A thorough knowledge and experience in SEM

• Knowledge of SEO strategies.

• Previous experience with Google Adwords.

• Previous experience with Google Analytics.

• Excellent writing skills and a willingness to use them.

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Ability to network and create great working relationships.

• Ability to quickly synthesize information and translate into valuable communications and actions.

• Basic knowledge of GTM - Google Tag Manager is a plus

• Complete professional English knowledge is required. French is a strong plus.
