Fab is currently looking for a Customer Service Manager as part of the Fab team in Berlin. Fab offers customized furniture solutions in high quality for competitive prices. Customers can either use innovative, web-based configuration tools to design their own storage, dining, and seating solutions, or they can choose to work with our interior design team to make their dream piece of furniture become reality. The Customer Service Department deals with post-sales processes and is directly involved with customers. It is a very crucial part of the entire supply chain, and is closely linked with the Production Team, the Logistics Team, Quality assurance and the Sales Team. The Customer Service Manager always puts our customers first and is responsible for building, managing a team and for making sure that customer inquiries are handled quickly and professionally according to internal SLAs.
