Job Description

The Sales & Business Analyst will support our expanding commercial team and drive business decisions by analyzing and reporting on sales, utilization and commercial trends in order to achieve clinical and sales objectives.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

 

Field-based Productivity – Design/update reports and dashboards.  Distribute weekly reports to field teams.

 

Forecast – Rollup field forecasts for presentation to sales and executive management.

 

Sales Trend Reporting – Develop sales analytics for management reporting; ongoing analysis of trends.

 

Customer Relationship Management Administration – Participate in the testing and implementation of SalesForce.com projects that will increase utilization and ease of use for field-based employees and HQ employees.  Perform Salesforce.com administrative tasks as needed.





Skills/Requirements

1. BA/BS required.

2. 3 - 5 years experience, preferably in a medical device company

3. Background in modeling, budgeting and forecasting

4. Salesforce.com experience highly preferred

5. SAP or ERP experience preferred

6. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, required

7. Enterprise-wide database experience a plus

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills

9. Must be able to work independently and responsive to challenges and opportunities.
