Quality Assurance Manager (m/f)

as part of the Fab Team, located in Warsaw, Poland.

Responsibilities ♥

• Be responsible for Quality Assurance of ready products and packaging across suppliers
• Creating Quality control documentation and writing reports in English language
• Implementation of new packing routines across suppliers for any new product line
• Production processes control across suppliers to assure quality of products is highest
• Analyze all claims and provide professional solutions to avoid its repeatability.
• Follow and optimize producer onboarding processes
• Cooperate with internal FAB departments (Sales, Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Legal, Sourcing)
• Define and report KPIs across all manufacturers that lead to constant improvement of claim rate, lead time, capacities and backlog.
• Proactively plan resources needed to reach set targets

Profile ♥

• At least 3 years experience in Quality Assurance
• Experience in furniture industry
• Familarity with production
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English/Polish required
• German Speaking is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excels at operating in a fast paced environment
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Delegate responsibilities effectively
• ISO certification knowledge as a plus
• High comfort level working in a diverse environment that operates internationally
• Driving license – category B
