Fab is looking for a talented, smart, and entrepreneurial Buyer to help us build and manage our Men's category. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for retail, a high level of flexibility, commitment, and a good sense of humor.

The Fab Buyer must be able to:

• Works with vendors specialized in Men's fashion to feature goods that fit with the Fab aesthetic
• Source new products and product categories within our consignment, inventory and on demand business models.
• Communicate the Fab vision and selling method to potential artists and suppliers
• Select assortments of Men's products with the Fab aesthetic
• Negotiate appropriate pricing structures, terms, and fulfillment methods with artists with a keen sense for numbers and P&L perspective
• Supervise assistant buyer/s on team

• Design retail background and be an expert at selecting and procuring great design objects.
• Bachelors Degree
• Must have a background in sales or buying.
• Must have a background in Men's products or relevant related experience.  
• Very strong understanding of Men's fashion, designers, manufacturers, and other miscellaneous men's assortments 
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced team setting
• College degree
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• A passion for delivering great service
• Must be a creative thinker and have a high level of initiative
• Strong interpersonal skills along with a strong customer focus
