• Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
Must be able to engage International Bank staff and their customers over the phone for query resolutions about the product and features/usage and provide technical Support. People who supported US/UK/European Processes are preferred with excellent command over English and right accent
• Strong technical and analytical skills preferred with language felicity to hold international audience
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems via emails and voice support.
• Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive, and readily embraces change and who puts the Customer resolution first as a priority and who can escalate things in time.
• Ability to handle clients professionally during all interactions and who can connect with them Customers on the phone in the Night Shift
