Job Description

Essential Functions: 

  • G/L coding on vendor invoices and obtain manager approvals.
  • Voucher vendor invoices in system and reconcile batch reports.
  • Process check runs and EFT transmissions.
  • Mail A/P checks.
  • Prepare and mail 1099s for contractors.
  • Print and mail monthly statements to customers.
  • File A/P and A/R documents weekly.
  • Post cash receipts.
  • Make bank deposits.    

 

Skills/Requirements

 Additional Functions:

  • Prepare and send customer invoices per contract terms and conditions.   
  • Communicate with customers to ensure payments are received per terms.           
  • Relieve receptionist, as needed.

Required Education/Experience:

  •  Excel, Microsoft Office, Solomon preferred
  •  2 years billing and accounts payables 

Necessary Skills:

  •  Excellent communications skills
  •  Dependable, accurate, able to work independently.
  •  Ability to multi-task and meet all deadlines.
  •  Organized.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
